Galaxy Active 2 Watch Overheating. Hello, I've just recently gotten a galaxy active 2 watch, and so far it's been great as far as a general watch goes with notification features. However my main reason for wanting it is workout tracking, and both times I have tried to use it for this it has overheated, shut down to it's 'safe mode', and lost

(, Galaxy Watch 1). Is this common? My set up is Bluetooth connection on , wifi off, and LTE voice permanently on with LTE data off. I'm in a week mobile signal area. I was sat reading , about 18c air temperature at night. Is the LTE hardware working overtime because the LTE signal keeps disappearing, and is overheating?

You get message that the phone is overheated and watch goes into airplane mode. This is know global issue. If you are facing problems please register official complaint with Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung galaxy active watch about 14 months ago and it now has the common overheating message appearing. I have tried the suggested resolutions numerous times with no success watch was manufactured 2019-11-12. How do I get this resolved ? My GW4 Classic has overheated twice since I got it. Once while doing all the initial setup (which could have been a heavy load on it) and once at a restaurant! I purchased my Galaxy3 LTE few months ago, I was very excited in utilising its LTE ability as I just recently restarted my training (running).
