The issue is more likely related to mods. So after i installed essentials the bad horrible mobile graphics go away and i get to have the pc default vanilla graphics back, however that mod comes with a multitude of files inside. a folder named (essentials readme), (remove gameUX) a Cleo folder, a modloader folder, _noDEP.asi, Bass.dll, CLEO.asi explain: I spawned my cars in game, then I alt+tab to edit the .txt: deleted the lines of cars. Then went back to the game, and what did I see: the cars that i had spawned before went under the ground! 2) The car "rolled" and "flipped" (my issue) -> I forgot to set Apply handling patch=1.
