I have been having problems with my Turbo. It has an electronic actuator which seems to be working satisfactorily but the turbo itself seems to have sticking vanes. I tested the movement of the arm (removing the metal arm from the actuator) and tried opening and closing the vanes manually by pushing and OgmxLhu.
