Anyideas lads. There is a PUMA report that many customers are not riding the S1000RR to its fullest potential there by causing carbon build up on the back side of the valves. With the colder weather the fuel tends to be a bit on the rich side as well causing even more carbon. Put some injector cleaner in the fuel.
