To change your Apple Watch activity goals, follow these steps: Open the Activity app on your watch. In the first tab that shows your three rings at the top, scroll to the bottom and tap Change Goals. Adjust your Move Goal using the plus and minus symbols on either side of the number shown on-screen. Hit Next to do the same to your Exercise Goal
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Date & Time on the right. (You may need to scroll down.) Open Date & Time settings for me. Check your heart rate in the “Heart Rate” area toward the bottom of the exercise report screen. Choose “Show More” under the Heart Rate heading.
